We offer you a hassle-free and easy return process.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation).

Returns from Germany
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Print it and bring the package to a DHL station. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be kindly informed that we will reimburse the amount of money for your order (except shipping costs) to your original used payment solution minus the shipping costs (which are 5€). You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (i.e. 5€).
Returns from Europe
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Countries from the table at the bottom of this policy will receive a return shipping label that you can apply to your package and bring to your local DHL post office station. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be kindly informed that we will reimburse the amount of money for your order (except shipping costs) to your original used payment solution. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (which are between 11 to 27€, details in the table below).
Returns from the world
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be kindly informed that we will reimburse the amount of money for your order (except shipping costs) to your original used payment solution. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (which are around 20-40€).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (except the price from the shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We provide you a return shipping label that you can apply on your package, drop it at a DHL post office and that’s it. Once we receive the package we will reimburse you the amount of money for the item you purchased minus the shipping costs. The costs for the returns are listed in the table below.
